in the quality of body responsible for the processing of your personal data, under the terms and conditions of Italian Law no. 196 of 30th June 2003 («Code regarding the protection of personal data», given below as «Privacy Code»),

hereby informs you

that the above-mentioned regulation covers the safeguarding of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data, and that such processing will be characterised by the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

Your personal data will be treated in accordance with the legislative dispositions of the above-mentioned regulation and the obligations for privacy contained therein.

Your personal data may moreover be used for the following purposes:

1. to give information regarding future commercial initiatives and regarding announcements of new products, services and offers;
2. and to give information regarding any possible promotional activities.

The supply of data for the above-mentioned purposes is voluntary, and any refusal by you for their processing will not compromise the continuation of our relationship or the congruity of the said processing.

Conditions for processing:

Your data will be processed automatically by electronic calculators.

Any processing takes place with respect for the conditions under articles 11, 31 and subsequent articles of the Privacy Code and by means of the adoption of the minimum security measures provided for in the technical regulations.

Communication:

Your data will be stored at our headquarters and will be communicated exclusively to those subjects who are responsible for carrying those services that are necessary for the correct management of our working relationship, with guaranteed protection of the rights of the interested party.

Your data will be processed exclusively by personnel expressly authorised by Cantine Cooperative Riunite S.c.r.l. and, in particular, by the following categories of employees:

• the Marketing Department,
• the Accounts Department.

Dissemination:

Your personal data will not be disseminated in any way whatsoever.

and having acquired information supplied by the Proprietor responsible for the processing of data in accordance with article 13 of Italian Law 196/2003:
